The sanctuary put on a quite a show for the first Twilight Tour of spring! We weren’t even 15 minutes in when we spotted a family of sugar gliders jumping between the wattles. The sugar gliders are extra hungry at the moment because many of the females will be carrying 2 young in their pouch. We lost count of the number of bettongs we spotted and were serenaded by at least 4 different frogs species. Then to top it all off we saw a shooting star while we were watching a bettong bouncing off into the dark. Sorry for the very blury picture, I was to excited to hold still!
